1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a IduBot account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

2. What IduBot provides

IduBot provisions and monitors trading-automation software ("bots") that connect to an MT5 account you control, on infrastructure IduBot manages. IduBot does not hold your funds, does not have withdrawal access to your broker account, and does not act as your broker, financial adviser, or money manager.

3. Trading risk

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance — including any signal, backtest, or bot result shown on this site — never guarantees future results.

4. Your MT5 account

You provide MT5 login credentials at your own discretion. IduBot never requests your broker's website login or payment/withdrawal credentials, and never initiates a withdrawal from any account.

5. Plans and billing

Plans are billed according to the pricing and terms shown at checkout. Renewal, grace period, and cancellation terms are as described on your dashboard's billing page.

6. Signal service

Signals — manual or bot-generated — are informational and delivered on a best-effort basis. Acting on a signal is entirely your own decision and risk.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform's infrastructure, or to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

IduBot may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the platform's infrastructure.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.
